This Sermon was delivered on Saturday April 11th., 2026 at our church.
Brothers and sisters, you are all welcome to the house of the Lord Jesus Christ. We also welcome our guests this evening—family and friends of our beloved and dearly cherished Rubio family. Today, we celebrate alongside our beloved brother Jesús and sister Nicole the upcoming and imminent birth of Sofía, sister to Mateo. We rejoice and bless the life of this precious family.
Just as we know the approximate date of Sofía’s birth, for every human being, that moment is a time for celebration. We live in times where the day of birth is even decided by a doctor: “We’ll schedule you for May 15th, June 24th, or August 16th,” a doctor tells the mother. The date of birth may be scheduled by man, but the date of death cannot be—for the latter has been bound to the date of birth since eternity. From the very moment a person receives a date of birth, a date of death is also assigned to them in the spiritual realm—one that eventually manifests in the natural world. What is *not* assigned is one’s final destiny: eternal condemnation or eternal salvation. That is a choice each individual makes during the course of their natural, earthly life, standing before God.
With this in mind, tonight I am going to share with you a prophetic dream—one I share with a great sense of urgency. It is my prayer that the Word of our God may reach each and every one of your lives and mine.
“Life and death are in the hands of the Lord,” the Scriptures tell us in Job 12:10 and Psalm 31:15.
In dreams and in visions, I have been taken to Paradise; there, I have seen the Lord Jesus Christ, and I have also seen Satan—however strange that may seem to you (2 Corinthians 12:2-4). I have been taken in dreams to the Abyss, and likewise, I have been taken to Hell (Revelation 20:1-3). But never before had I been taken to what I shall call “THE CENTER OF OPERATIONS OF DEATH.”
It turns out that Death—which is also an evil spirit, for “the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23)—has its own place from which it operates, and it is not Hell. Hell is the prison where it takes the condemned (Revelation 20:14-15), but its center of operations lies elsewhere. It was to this place that the Lord Jesus Christ allowed His Holy Spirit to take me this past Thursday, April 9, 2026. And it is precisely about what transpired there that I am going to speak to you tonight.
Job 12:10 – “In His hand is the life of every living thing, and the spirit of all mankind.”
Life and death are not matters of chance; God holds the ultimate control.
Romans 6:23 – “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
Death is not merely a biological event, but a spirit that operates as a consequence of sin.
2 Corinthians 12:2-4 – Paul was caught up to the third heaven and heard inexpressible words.
He gives us a biblical basis for supernatural visions and dreams, including spiritual journeys.
Revelation 20:1-3 – The angel seizes Satan and casts him into the abyss.
The abyss is a real place of spiritual confinement.
Revelation 20:14-15 – “Death and Hades (Hell) were cast into the lake of fire.”
Death is an entity that will ultimately be destroyed; for now, it possesses power and jurisdiction.
Hebrews 2:14-15 – Through His death, Christ destroyed the one who held the power of death—that is, the devil.
Satan operates through the spirit of death, but Christ has already defeated him on the cross.
BASE TEXT: Job 33:14-15
“For God speaks in one way, or in two,
though man does not perceive it.
In a dream, in a vision of the night,
when deep sleep falls upon men,
while slumbering on their beds…”
Jeremiah 23:28
The prophet who has a dream, let him tell the dream; and he who has My word, let him speak My word faithfully. What has the straw to do with the wheat? says the LORD.
Numbers 12:6
“Hear now My words:
If there is a prophet among you,
I, the LORD, make Myself known to him in a vision;
I speak to him in a dream.”
John 3:18-19
“He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation: that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.”
Hebrews 9:27
“And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment.”
Ezekiel 33:6
“But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.”
Matthew 24:38-39
“For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and did not understand until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.”
INTRODUCTION
There are moments when God speaks to us in whispers… God reveals. And when God reveals… it is not to entertain… it is to awaken. The problem is not that God does not speak… The problem is that His people are not listening—and what is worse, they DO NOT WANT TO LISTEN.

God Speaks Through Dreams and Night Visions
This past Thursday, April 9, during my sleep, I had a dream within a dream—one that I am about to share with you.
I found myself in an unknown place—blacker than night, yet a blackness that inspired terror; it was a place that was gloomy, utterly devoid of life—flat and tenebrous. Before me appeared a gigantic screen, set against the very same dark, gloomy, and tenebrous background as the place itself. It was a kind of darkness I had never—not ever—seen before. Today, after analyzing and meditating upon what transpired, and having received a revelation from the Spirit of God, I have come to the conclusion that this place was “THE CENTER OF OPERATIONS FOR DEATH.”
She possesses her own operational headquarters—something, honestly, I had not known. It is a place not of souls, but of data; lost souls are those she “arrests” and deposits into hell. She operates using data—information that remains at her disposal from the very day we are born until the day we die. She knows all those who are destined for condemnation even before they die; she knows this because she has access to all that information, which is granted to her from on high.
The Bible also tells us that the Lord knows who is to be saved, for His sheep hear His voice and follow Him (John 10:14, 27; 2 Timothy 2:19). Therefore, although Death operates with power, she cannot touch those who rest within the hand of the Lord Jesus (John 10:28-29). Behind me—while I gazed at that gigantic, dark screen before me: black, ominous, and somber, just like that entire place—I heard a voice coming from just over my right shoulder. It was a dry voice—lifeless, devoid of light, tone, or any discernible presence. I knew that an “entity” I could not recognize was there, yet I could neither see nor identify it.
It was the voice of Death itself, preparing to reveal to me the data it held regarding the congregation I shepherd, as well as other individuals whom, to this day, I do not know. God the Lord had commanded Death to display and impart this information to me. At no point did it threaten me; at no point did I feel I was in danger. Yet—I must confess—I felt both sorrowful and terrified by what I saw.
Before me, upon that colossal screen—blacker even than the night—photographs began to materialize, suspended in mid-air. These giant photos displayed the faces of brothers and sisters from our congregation. Others showed the faces of people I do not currently know—individuals I might perhaps meet and encounter in the future; I cannot say for certain. These photographs drifted past, one after another, from left to right—much like a digital photo album scrolling across the screen. For each photograph, Death granted me sufficient time to memorize the specific details contained within it.
Each photograph displayed the name of the person depicted therein; it also included their date of birth in the bottom-left corner and—most chillingly of all—in the bottom-right corner of each photograph appeared that person’s date of death. The truly staggering realization was that every single one of those dates of death lay somewhere in the future. Within those photographs appeared the faces of many of you here today, as well as those of brothers and sisters who are no longer with us in the congregation. I saw them all. The Lord Jesus had commanded Death to reveal them to me. I struggled desperately to memorize every single detail. For Death knows precisely who is fervent, who is lukewarm, and who is cold. Death knows the obedient and it knows the disobedient; it knows who is submitted to the voice of God and it knows who the rebels are. All that information lies within its power.
Of all the people it showed me in photographs at that moment, not a single one had yet died on earth. All of them were still alive, yet each one already had their own assigned day of death. But there was one more detail: as the photographs flashed by, one by one—each bearing all that information—some of them included an additional phrase. The person’s name appeared, along with their date of birth and date of death; but added to this was a caption superimposed over the image—like a stamp pressed directly onto the photo—that read: “He/She has been condemned.” Not all of them, but several of the photographs depicted people who are still alive today—people whom I know personally. Of course, I will not reveal their names; I cannot—I am not permitted to, nor would it be right for me to do so. It is simply information that, for some reason, the Lord ordained be shown to me. I strove and struggled to memorize all that information, for I knew that I was dreaming—that I was asleep—and I wanted to write it all down the moment I woke up.
Now, let me tell you something else: at the very end of all the images—the photographs that Death showed me—at the very end, the last photograph it showed me was my own. I saw my face, and I read my date of birth and the date of my own death. I saw the month and the day.
After this, I woke up into the other dream—for, as I told you at the beginning, this dream took place within another dream. At that moment, I sought out my wife to tell her everything I had seen; and as soon as possible, I felt an urgent need to make it known to all of you—the Church of the Lord. We were at the church, outside. There were many brothers and sisters from the church all around; they were playing ball, running back and forth. I called out to them, telling them that I had something important and urgent to communicate to them; but when I tried to share the dream and all that information with you, no one paid me any attention. You were distracted—playing ball, occupied with other things, with anything but the Lord.
You were in mortal danger, yet you did not see it coming. A specific day had already been assigned to you; and—incredibly—Death knew that day, but you did not. And this was not because God did not wish to inform you; rather, it was because there was no way for you to focus on spiritual matters, for you were immersed and distracted in the world of the natural. And worst of all, every single person I had seen in those photographs was right there, playing ball, distracted; they had time to play, but they had no time to seek God—much less to listen to His Word.
Even my wife was caught up in a multitude of activities. I tried to tell her everything I had seen, and she tried to pay attention to me; yet distractions constantly arose, hindering us and diverting her attention—and in the end, I was unable to convey the dream-within-a-dream to her.
After all this, I woke up completely.
Numbers 12:6
“Hear now My words:
If there is a prophet among you,
I, the Lord, shall make Myself known to him in a vision;
I shall speak with him in a dream.”
Here, God Himself declares: “I shall speak in a dream.”
